Registered Behavior TechnicianBecome an RBT and Make a Difference!Join the ARC of the Treasure Coast and help individuals with developmental disabilities reach their full potential.As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll play a vital role in providing direct care, implementing behavior intervention programs, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment.Responsibilities:Supervise individuals in a residential setting.Implement behavior plans and strategies.Assist with daily living activities (e.g., hygiene, meals, transportation).Document progress and behaviors.Participate in recreational activities.Administer medication as prescribed.Facilitate community outings and activities.Provide crisis intervention when necessary.Collaborate with families and other professionals.Qualifications:RBT certification20-hour Behavior Assistant certificationSafety Care certification1+ year experience with individuals with disabilitiesValid FL driver's licenseStrong communication & organizational skillsBenefits:Competitive payFlexible scheduleSupportive teamGrowth opportunitiesMedical, dental, vision insurance401(k) with matchPaid vacation/sick leave9 holidaysReady to Apply?Visit to learn more and submit your resume!Join our mission to empower individuals and make a positive impact.
