Inventory PlannerLocation: On-site in Canton, OHSchedule: Monday–FridaySalary: $60,000-$70,000Why This Opportunity Stands Out• Take ownership of inventory accuracy and stock management efforts across a dynamic multi-site operation• Opportunity to contribute to inventory control initiatives, process improvements, and operational efficiency projects• Team-oriented environment that encourages critical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving• Gain exposure to inventory planning, replenishment strategies, and vendor coordinationKey Responsibilities of an Inventory Specialist• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to support operational demands and ensure product availability• Generate, review, and manage inventory-related transactions, purchase orders, and stock transfers across locations• Evaluate inventory trends, stock variances, and supply concerns to identify opportunities for improvement• Partner with suppliers and internal teams to resolve inventory discrepancies, confirm lead times, and maintain accurate recordsQualifications of an Inventory Specialist• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field preferred• 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, inventory management, supply chain operations, logistics, or a related role• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP systems to track inventory and manage transactions• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
