Position Highlights :

• Work-Life Balance: True Monday through Thursday 8am-5pm family medicine schedule with no Friday, weekend, or holiday clinic hours.
• Desirable Practice Setting: 100% outpatient family medicine practice with no hospital rounding, no inpatient responsibilities, and no ER coverage; private office, two dedicated exam rooms, and a dedicated MA.
• Ideal Work Environment: Residential-style clinic design (no fluorescent lighting, no white coats, no titles) built for equitable, conversational patient care.
• No After-Hours Work: No call, no after-hours coverage, and no weekend responsibilities of any kind.
• Culture & Support: Join a collaborative, non-hierarchical family medicine team, including a dedicated APP and MA support, serving an approximately 95% LGBTQ patient population.

Compensation & Benefits :

• Competitive Salary: $375,000 guaranteed base salary.
• Additional Bonus Incentives: + $100,000 annual productivity bonus

Qualifications :

• Degree: M.D. from an accredited medical school.
• Certifications: Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a closely aligned specialty; AAHIVM certification preferred.
• Licensure: Active Georgia medical license (or ability to obtain one prior to start) and current DEA registration required.
• Skillset/Experience: Minimum 2 years of outpatient family medicine or primary care experience preferred, with documented experience serving LGBTQ patients, including HIV treatment, PrEP management, and sexual health care.
