Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. This position requires the completion of necessary documentation before starting the assignment.

Qualifications

Active state license required for practice
Less than 1 year of experience preferred
Certifications in ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP, and ASHA are required
CHT and ACP training is a plus

Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will be expected to:

Provide patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and functionality
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Work Schedule

This position offers a dayshift schedule, with a commitment of 13 to 26 weeks.

Additional Information

Parking will be provided on the first day of orientation
Dress code guidelines will be provided during orientation
