Compensation & Benefits: Pay Structure: Fixed Daily rate commensurate with $350,000-$600,000+ Sign-on bonus/Relocation Assistance Continuing Education (CEU) Allowance Uniform Allowance All Licensure Fees Covered Why Join Us? High Patient Volume: With 19 operatories, 3-4 Pediatric Dentists, and a daily volume of around 130 patients, our practice supports growth while ensuring an exceptional patient experience. State-of-the‑Art Facilities: Our office is fully equipped to deliver high-quality pediatric care and the latest dental technology, including advanced sterilization and imaging systems. What You’ll Do: Comprehensive Pediatric Care: Provide high-quality care to pediatric patients, including clinical and OR treatments (3-4 days per week in the OR). Patient Relationships: Build long-lasting relationships with young patients and their families, educating them on dental health and treatment options.
