The role includes assessment, treatment plan development, supervision of treatment implementation, caregiver collaboration, and ongoing coaching of behavioral technicians. The Clinical Supervisor is a salaried, exempt, full‑time position. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Use clinical judgment to promote optimal outcomes for each patient Develop and maintain treatment plans Ensure 100% treatment adherence each month of supervision hours Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths Analyze challenging behaviors to identify their function Create functionally relevant treatment plans to reduce challenging behaviors Observe treatment implementation for potential program revisions Monitor treatment integrity to ensure satisfactory implementation of protocols Direct behavior technicians in new or revised protocols Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians Primarily work physically within the center to support technicians and follow best practices of direct observation Summarize and analyze data to evaluate patient progress toward goals, adjust protocols based upon data Update treatment plans at least once per month, based on patient response Fulfill a minimum of 120 payor/client authorized billable hours per month (supervisory+therapy) Accurately communicate treatment response to stakeholders (caregivers, payers) Coordinate care with other professionals Administer, complete, and score standardized assessments Include caregiver as part of treatment team, evidenced by consistent caregiver collaboration meetings Interact with payers collaboratively, professionally, thorough, and informative Engage with payers as needed for funding meetings (IEP, peer reviews) Stay up to date on best practices for ABA treatment to ensure clinical excellence Maintain appropriate documentation in Skills and the patient’s medical record Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, families, and colleagues Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients, families, and colleagues \ Maintain compliance with HIPAA requirements at all times Partner consistently and effectively with center leadership: Operations Manager, Clinical Supervisors, Administrative Coordinator, Technician Leads Qualifications Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field Certification as a Behavior Analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Experience working with individuals with ASD Empathetic, compassionate, strict confidentiality Collaborative, solution‑focused attitude; works independently, exercises clinical judgment Excellent communicator, verbal and written; time‑management skills; ability to work in fast‑paced environment Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook; ability to use new computer systems and iPads Desire to continuously learn and develop skillsets Willingness to work in varied locations (center, patient home, school) Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance; must pass tuberculosis test Proficiency in English, both written and verbal Work Environment Treatment may occur in patient homes, CARD center, schools, community, or via telehealth. Supervisors operate indoors and outdoors, moving between locations during the workday. Environments may be noisy and involve loud or excessive noise. Physical Requirements Work with patients seated on floor, small chairs; move frequently, respond to patient movements, exercise weight bearing on patients up to 30 lbs Carry out teaching in indoor and outdoor settings, including various weather conditions Assist patients with gross and fine motor skill instruction, including climbing, jumping, clapping, opening containers Use continuous visual tracking to monitor patient movements and surroundings Occasional modeling to teach speech and practice vocal communication EEOC Information EEOC Workplace Poster, Right to Work Poster, and E‑Verify required.
