HIRO Izakaya is currently seeking a passionate and experienced RESTAURANT MANAGER to join the team.
About Beatnik On The River / Good Funk:Hiro Izakaya is a modern Japanese izakaya inspired by Tokyo’s era of global influence. It blends tradition and innovation, expressed through taste, sound, and atmosphere—drawing from a timeless moment when Japan’s identity shaped the world’s imagination.
We are seeking an Assistant Manager for our Restaurant- A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a similar high volume restaurant as a manager/assistant general manager.
- Comfortable with assisting in beverage service.
- Strong service skills with dedication to the guest experience
- Strong leadership skills with managing, training and motivating employees.
- Outgoing, personable positive attitude, with a STRONG attention to details
- Experience with TOAST POS systems, 7Shifts, Inventory systems - preferred but not required
- Extensive knowledge of Opentable how to control the flow, maximizing guest satisfaction and turning tables (required).
- Conduct inventories and cost control, write schedules and order supplies, review P&L
- ability to handle scheduling, ordering, and managing employees, resources, and vendors
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($60,000.00 - $70,000.00) (based on experience)
