Job Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Deliver care in patients' homes across the assigned service area.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient recovery and independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and mobility techniques.

Requirements

• Active PTA License
