Hospice RN Case Manager — Flexible, Full-Time Role

Brighton Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager to provide comprehensive hospice care to patients in the Atlanta area, including private homes, SNFs, and assisted living facilities. The RN will work with an interdisciplinary team, manage visits and documentation, and travel across the service area as needed to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.
