Sr. Staff Supply Chain Operations Planner

Job Description

This role will work in the Supply Chain Management team to serve as the primary interface between Product Group, Sales, and Offshore teams for managing delivery and supply. The individual will be responsible for driving cross-functional alignment, supporting demand and supply coordination, and ensuring effective communication and execution across all stakeholders. The candidate will also manage extracting data and making meaningful and value-add reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate is a strong and influential individual who can confidently challenge and engage with various stakeholders and drive alignment across organizations and lead the offshore team toward successful execution of business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities 

• Cross functional alignment between Product Group, Sales and Offshore team 

• Manage supply/delivery/allocations, analyze inventory

• Compiling, analyzing, and reporting data (billings, backlog, forecast, supply chain related data, etc.) translating data into actionable insights to support decision-making. 

Qualifications

Requirements 

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field 

• Minimum 5 years of related working experience in Supply Chain Operations in semiconductor industry 

• Experience in SAP, Kinaxis, ERP systems operation and control 

• Excellent communication and people skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams 

• Strong data management, analytical and data processing capabilities 

• Advanced experience with Excel, experience w/ BI Tools such as Power BI, QlikView, Tableau preferred 

• Fluent in English 

Additional Information

The expected annual pay range for this position is $160-190K. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate. we put in the
