  • 2/hr — Monday‑Thursday Nights
  • 3/hr — Friday‑Sunday Nights
  • 2/hr — Saturday‑Sunday Days
What You'll Do: Facilitate admission intakes, treatment planning, discharge planning, obtaining collateral, clinical interventions, crisis management, assist in the legal process and initiate personalized care for individuals who are in crisis and stabilizing from crisis. Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care and discharge planning for individuals, their family members, clinics, local providers, and other referral sources. Carry a caseload. Conduct a thorough, accurate, clinically sound psychosocial assessment with the individual in a timely manner. Review and sign off on psychosocial assessments completed by certified AAC or associate level staff members if fully licensed. Educate and inform individuals about consents for treatment and authorizations for use and disclosures. Participate regularly in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings. Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement an individualized person‑centered treatment plan that is appropriate for brief intervention. Complete the signed treatment plan and review with each individual and any other involved parties. Gather collateral from the individual and involved parties to provide a thorough assessment of an individual’s needs for treatment and discharge. Maintain a working knowledge of the Involuntary Treatment Act (ITA) and Evaluation and Treatment (E&T) involuntary commitment process. Monitor the petition process to ensure timeliness and that forms are complete and thorough. Attend E&T hearings when subpoenaed. Actively coordinate care and provide referrals for individuals to ensure services are coordinated with both facility staff and external providers. Identify and address gaps in service needs for participating parties in service delivery to the individual and make appropriate recommendations to meet the individuals’ needs upon discharge. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to engage, monitor, and communicate with the individual ensuring safety while meeting the individual’s needs. Participate in redirecting individual behavior while maintaining a safe milieu when necessary. Document all services and individual activities appropriately. Provide internal education regarding DBT, trauma‑informed care, harm reduction, and service plan documentation to enhance staff’s ability to effectively address and manage crisis situations. Provide case management services to promote recovery and community reintegration. Maintain the clinic record, including documentation of activities performed as part of the service delivery process. Obtain signatures from individuals regarding treatment, as necessary. Document all services and individuals’ activities in the medical record regarding brief interventions, coordination of care, discharge planning, treatment planning, and any other pertinent information. Prepare clinical reports and individualized service plans utilizing agency electronic clinical documentation software. Ensure documentation complies with best clinical practices, contracts, regulatory, and other legal requirements. Maintain a working knowledge of the Washington State behavioral health system and potential funding sources. Participate in individual and group supervision as required. Participate in ongoing education, including in‑services, training, and other activities to maintain and improve competency. Demonstrate competency through post‑testing, skill observation, and performance as assessed by the direct supervisor. Perform all other duties as assigned. What You'll Bring: Master’s degree in behavioral health, social work, counseling, psychology, or related discipline. Unrestricted license as a licensed mental health professional (LMHP) in Washington State and/or licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW), licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), or associate license (LICSWA, LMHCA, etc.). Three years of experience in mental health, substance abuse treatment, or relevant work. Knowledge of the Washington State behavioral health system of care and resources within it. The Company has a mandatory vaccination policy. All successful applicants must be fully vaccinated, including showing proper documentation, or otherwise be exempt pursuant to the Company’s exemption process prior to their start date as a condition of employment. Complete all credentialing requirements within the required time period, including but not limited to obtaining a National Provider Identifier (NPI), Medallion enrollment, Medicare enrollment, and any other necessary credentials as required for the role. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with children, youth, families, and adults with behavioral health issues. Knowledge of and experience with the Washington State involuntary treatment process.
