This position offers a base hourly wage of $18.60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance. As a Fresh Food Team Member, you'll help prepare and package the Ready-To-Eat (RTE) items that fuel our stores and put smiles on customers' faces every day. From sandwiches to salads, you'll be hands-on in creating high-quality products in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Responsibilities (Other Duties May Be Assigned)

1. Prepare and assemble ready-to-eat items like sandwiches, parfaits, and other fresh creations.
2. Package, label, and pack products to keep the line moving and ensure everything looks great for delivery.
3. Keep the assembly line flowing by placing fresh ingredients onto conveyors and supporting the team.
4. Add ingredients, package, label, and pack items to keep everything moving smoothly and looking great.

Qualifications

(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

Education

• High School Diploma/GED preferred

Experience

• No experience required
• Foodservice or warehouse experience preferred
