Parts Counter Associate - 2nd Shift

Join our dynamic team as a Parts Counter Associate on the 2nd shift, where your attention to detail and customer service skills will play a vital role in supporting our operations. We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to contribute to our growing team, working from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with Saturdays required . Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts and accessories

- Work Closely with the Service Team to fulfill parts orders for repairs.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly stocked

- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately

- Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders and resolve issues

- Keep the parts department organized, clean, and well-maintained

- Support inventory management activities, including receiving and stocking parts

- Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a parts counter or automotive parts environment preferred

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs and technical manuals

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems

- Attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work the required hours, including Saturdays
