Collaborate with staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams. Provide training and support on behavior management techniques. Monitor progress, collect data, and adjust intervention plans. Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate records. Qualifications: BCBA certification required. Experience with moderate to severe disabilities preferred.
