NC & Virginia Licensed Mental Health Teletherapist (LCSW or LPC)

Job Summary MySpectrum is seeking licensed mental health professionals (LCSW, LPC, or LCP) in Virginia and North Carolina to provide teletherapy services through a HIPAA‑compliant platform. Both full‑time and part‑time positions are available. Full‑time therapists will generally handle a caseload of ~30 client sessions per week, while part‑time therapists must be able to conduct at least 7 sessions per week. Therapists can work from home or their own office and have the flexibility to set their own hours. Support Provided Credentialing with insurance carriers. Billing and bi‑weekly payment. HIPAA compliant teletherapy platform integration with an electronic health record. Marketing support. Scheduling assistance. Responsibilities Provide 45‑60 minute therapy sessions virtually. Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes. Offer input on effective strategies, techniques, and services for clients. Participate in the ongoing growth of MySpectrum. Qualifications Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia (multiple‑state licensing is encouraged). Eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels. Experience working with diverse populations. High‑speed internet and a HIPAA‑protected space for sessions. Ability to work remotely and use the telehealth platform.
