Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying environments and weather conditions Comfortable working around mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and industrial machinery Ability to wear required PPE and safely operate company vehicles and toolsJob DutiesPerform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on commercial facilities and building systems Diagnose and repair plumbing, piping, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance issues Install and service water lines, compressed air systems, drain lines, process piping, boilers, and water heaters Complete inspections, work orders, service reports, and quality documentation using mobile technology Coordinate materials and supplies for maintenance projects Maintain positive customer relationships and provide exceptional service Follow all safety regulations, OSHA requirements, and company standards Support emergency repairs and ongoing facility maintenance needs across multiple customer sitesBenefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
