Dental Receptionist - Endodontics of Greater St. LouisWe are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. You'll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in delivering an excellent patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of our dental practice.Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Thursday 7:00am-4:00pm and Friday 8:00am-12:00pmResponsibilitiesGreet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environmentSchedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendarsAnswer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communicationVerify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizationsProcess payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial recordsMaintain patient records and ensure accurate data entryCoordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as neededEnsure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulationsPlease note that additional responsibilities may be assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent communication and customer service skillsReliable, organized, and detail-orientedProficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applicationsSpecialized Dental Partners is a doctor-led network of 275+ specialty dental practices and 450+ doctors across multiple states.
