BDC Coordinator

Are you passionate about customer service and automotive excellence? Lexus of Wilmington is seeking a motivated BDC Coordinator to join our dynamic Sales team! If you're ready to make an impact in the automotive world, apply today!

This is a Full Time Position - Must be able to work a flexible 40-hour workweek, with rotating evenings and Saturday work.

Essential Duties:

Manage inbound and outbound communications with customers. Schedule appointments and follow up on leads. Collaborate with sales and service departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience in customer service or the automotive industry is preferred. Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
