Program Manager

Responsibilities Managing the successful delivery of one or more projects simultaneously, including those of great size, risk, and complexity. Facilitating the execution of programs and projects of various sizes. Monitoring metrics and program health, anticipating and clearing blockers, and managing escalations. Effectively communicating at all levels of the project team, ensuring sponsors and key stakeholders are aware of status, risks, issues, critical dependencies, and impact of changes and key decisions. Facilitating multi‑functional working group discussions. Influencing and mediating challenging conversations and decisions across divisions to ensure a clear direction and focus for the project, driving to resolutions. Identifying business challenges and opportunities for improvement and solving for them using analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations. Working with the change management team to build and execute strategic change management plans including executive‑level communications, associate experiences, customer impacts, etc. Partnering with internal functions that connect to our teams and require our collaboration. Managing a team of associates and contractors located in multiple states across several disciplines. Occasionally required to work late evenings and weekends as needed. May travel up to 10% as needed. Performing other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required. 5+ years plus of project/program management experience. Knowledge of insurance and how business needs translate to data and technology needs. Experience managing cross‑functional teams. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including preparation of executive materials. Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to present complex subject matter in a clear, concise, and compelling manner. Expertise in relationship building with proven ability to work effectively with multiple constituents, including peers, executive leaders, and senior management. Self‑motivated with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize.
