Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly as they enter and leave the premises Manage transactions accurately using a cash register and POS system Scan goods, ensure pricing and quantities are correct Accept payments via cash, credit, or check and provide receipts Balance the cash register at the end of shifts Issue coupons, vouchers, stamps, and gift cards Process returns, refunds, and resolve customer complaints effectively Bag and wrap purchased goods for safe transport Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate Qualifications & Skills High school degree or equivalent preferred Experience with POS systems and cash registers Basic computer knowledge and solid math skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and resolve complaints efficiently Why Join Rosati’s?
