Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Locum Primary Care Physician Colonial Heights, VA

Seeking a Primary Care Physician for 3 days per week coverage starting May 15 for a 6-month assignment . The provider will see 22 patients per day in an outpatient adult, geriatric, and pediatric primary care setting using Epic EMR .

The clinic includes on-site lab and radiology , with 3 exam rooms assigned to the provider and support from one mid-level provider . Duties include general outpatient primary care, pediatric visits, pelvic exams/Pap smears, and minor procedures such as suturing and I&D . No call, no ED backup, and no inpatient responsibilities.

Requirements: Board Certified/Board Eligible, active Virginia license , BLS , and a Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of submission . Credentialing: days.
