What You’ll Be Rockin’ Daily: Own the day-to-day operations and set the pace for a fun, high-performance environment Hire, train, and coach an all-star team of Team Members and Managers Drive top-tier Guest experiences — warm welcomes, fast service, and great food every time Lead by example in all areas: hospitality, cleanliness, food quality, and team morale Build and manage budgets, hit your numbers, and grow your location like a boss Analyze financials, manage costs, and strategize ways to increase sales and profitability Handle scheduling, staffing, inventory, and vendor relationships with care and precision Identify business opportunities and always be looking for ways to level up Maintain high standards in food safety, cleanliness, and brand execution What Makes You a Great Fit: Natural leader with a strong work ethic and a servant-leadership mindset Proven experience running high-volume, fast-paced restaurants Knows how to coach, develop, and inspire a team — not just manage them Guest-first attitude and a passion for hospitality Sharp problem-solver, detail-oriented, and financially savvy Tech-comfortable and data-literate Positive, proactive, and cool under pressure Degree in Business Management or Hospitality is a plus, but not required with solid experience Perks & Benefits: Competitive Salary + Performance Bonuses Paid Every 4 Weeks!
