Maintenance Technician III

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities
- Follow all Safety, Health & Environmental (SH&E) standards and complete monthly safety observations.
- Perform preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, welding, and PLC-controlled systems.
- Identify equipment issues and report non-conformances to the Maintenance Team Leader.
- Support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor equipment performance to maximize uptime and reliability.
- Participate in TPM and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Complete maintenance tasks on time and recommend improvements to maintenance procedures and PM programs.
- Experience in industrial/manufacturing maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
