Project Manager - Data Centers

A growing general contractor within the Mission Critical / Data Center space is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to support ongoing and upcoming Data Center projects. This position will play a key role in overseeing project execution, with a strong emphasis on buyout, contracts, MEP coordination, and overall project delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from early procurement through final turnover Lead buyout activities, subcontractor negotiations, and scope reviews Handle contracts, change management, and project financial tracking Drive project schedules and trade sequencing across complex builds Coordinate electrical, mechanical, and commissioning scopes Work closely with clients, field teams, consultants, and trade partners Ideal Background Experience working for a GC on Mission Critical / Data Center projects Strong understanding of MEP infrastructure and technical coordination Proven experience managing schedules, budgets, and subcontractors Ability to operate within fast-paced construction environments Why Consider It Opportunity to work on large, technically challenging projects Strong pipeline of Mission Critical work Growing division with long-term career progression Competitive compensation structure and benefits Interested in learning more?
