Receptionist Job Location: Chicago, Illinois Company Name: Irving Park Living and Rehab Tuesday, Wed, Thursday 3:30 pm to 8 pm Every other weekend Saturday/Sunday 8 am to 8 pm As a Receptionist with Irving Park Living and Rehab, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our residents and their families. If you are a fast, fun, and friendly individual who loves to meet and greet people, we want to hear from you! About the Role As a Receptionist, your typical day may include: Getting to know all of our fabulous residents and advocating for a positive work environment Performing day-to-day administrative tasks with ease Ensuring the reception area is clean and equipped to help residents, guests, and team members Responding to communities and residents' requests in a fast, fun, and friendly manner Following spectacular phone etiquette and other duties as requested What We're Looking For If you're good at: Answering phones, working on the computer, and helping residents with requests Communicating clearly and effectively Making lasting impressions through your work Responding to residents' needs and requests in a positive and helpful manner And you possess: A fast, fun, and friendly attitude The ability to handle several tasks at once A willingness to learn something new each day Inspiration to serve the needs of our residents and communities Point Click Care experience preferred Note: Salary and benefits will be discussed during the interview process. #J-18808-Ljbffr Irving Park Living and Rehab
