The fastest way past that is to do the work with someone experienced standing beside you. That's how our Marketing Associate role starts. Levant Acquisitions runs in-person promotional campaigns for client organisations across the DC metro area. Our teams meet members of the public, introduce products and offers, and help interested people sign up. You'll be trained to do this from the ground up; no marketing background needed. What the work looks like * Approaching prospective customers in campaign environments and starting the conversation yourself * Representing client brands and introducing their products, services, and promotional offers * Explaining campaign details clearly, listening to what people actually want, and answering questions * Helping interested customers complete registrations and sign-ups * Working toward individual and team engagement and acquisition goals * Taking coaching, applying feedback, and sharpening your approach campaign by campaign How you'll learn it Hands-on training from day one, with a mentor and daily coaching from people doing the same work. You'll build practical communication skills, real customer engagement and sales experience, and a working knowledge of how campaigns run. As associates demonstrate consistency and readiness, performance-based opportunities open up in team training, leadership, and campaign management. Who tends to do well here? People who communicate clearly, listen well, show up reliably, and are comfortable starting conversations with people they've never met. Retail, hospitality, customer service, or events experience helps, but initiative and a willingness to learn matter more. The details Full-time and on-site in the Washington, DC metro area.
