Overview Job Title: Patient Access Services Supervisor (070626.3) – Full Time Responsibilities Supervise and support Patient Access staff in their daily responsibilities Oversee patient appointment scheduling and registration processes Ensure accurate insurance verification and patient demographic information Coordinate telephone coverage and customer service activities Assist with patient referrals and point-of-service collections Maintain accurate data entry and secure handling of Protected Health Information (PHI) Promote positive patient relations and high levels of customer satisfaction Support efficient department operations while contributing to Bitterroot Health's financial success Qualifications Education : High school diploma or GED required Experience : Prior scheduling, patient accounts, unit clerk, or medical assistant experience required Minimum one year of registration, billing, or related healthcare experience preferred Prior leadership experience preferred Leadership : This position includes supervisory responsibilities #J-18808-Ljbffr Bitterroothealth
