Barista Position at The Stonehaus
Are you passionate about coffee, wine, and providing exceptional guest experiences? The Stonehaus in the stunning Westlake Village Inn & Spa is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Barista to join our team!
Compensation: $16.90 per hour + tips
What You'll Do:
- Craft high-quality espresso, coffee, and tea beverages with precision and care.
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring an inviting and friendly atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas.
- Assist with wine bar service and recommend pairings to enhance the guest experience.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a barista is preferred but not required we will provide training to the right candidate.
- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn about wine service.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shift (up to 8 hours)
- Ability to squat, bend, and lift items as necessary (up to 25 pounds)
- Ability to work long hours during peak times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
