Front Desk Associate

Heritage Eagle Bend Golf Club , located in Aurora, CO , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Front Desk Associate ! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay:

$15.16 - $20.00 per hour

Overview:

Heritage Eagle Bend Golf Club is hiring associates to greet and provide quality customer service to residents, guests, and visitors in a professional manner. Candidates must be reliable and able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. We are a drug-free workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acknowledges and greets guests, visitors, and residents, and assists as needed
• Answers phones and checks voicemails
• Assists homeowners with purchasing event tickets and making reservations
• Provides forms, literature, and other items to homeowners as requested
• Performs cash handling transactions, reconciles the previous day's financial activity, and makes bank deposits

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be organized, able to multitask, and have strong customer service and communication skills, a professional appearance, a positive attitude, and a pleasant personality
• Candidates must be reliable and able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
