Front Desk Hospitality Associate

Gymnastics Nevada, located in Reno and Sparks, is the largest and most complete gymnastics facilities in the west. Our programs encompass an entire range of the gymnastics from our preschool tots program to competitive team programs.

The front desk belongs in the department of our Hospitality Team. As a member of the Hospitality Team, we expect a bubbly personality and a comprehension for systems and processes. It is routine for the Hospitality Team to answer phone calls, take payments, reply to emails, enroll students, tend the snack bar and be the medium for parents to express gratitude or concern.

Position Type:

Part time 10-15 hours per week -Seeking someone with open availability on Saturdays and availability weekday late afternoon/evening.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome families to Gymnastics Nevada with a smile and warm hello
• Perform general office functions such as data input, promptly answering phones, and organization of office and bathroom areas
• Up sale the facility, classes and coaches to inquiring families interested in enrolling
• Be familiar with openings and times for events and classes
• Take payments accurately and provide correct change
• Enroll students in new classes, and knowledge of the programs offered
• Go over policies and daily procedures with customers
• Support staff with additional projects when needed
• Daily cleaning of the office and public spaces

Qualifications

• Exceptional phone etiquette and experience handling heavy traffic on multiple lines
• Experience working in a busy office environment
• Ability to meet and greet visitors in an upbeat professional manner
• Capability to multi-task and maintain professionalism and patience within a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional experience in the field of customer service
• Comfortable to work in a team as well as independently
• Microsoft Office Experience
• Have integrity and be on time

Salary: Up to $15.00 /hour
