Oversees the technical execution of reporting and analytics initiatives, ensuring enhancements to group‑wide technical program execution. Fosters strategic relationships with internal Oracle teams as a technical liaison, ensuring a collaborative approach to achieving organizational objectives and customer success within Oracle commitments. Leverages technical knowledge to identify risks, manage scope, estimate program timelines, request feasibility, testing requirements, and determine appropriate resources. Leads strategic oversight and direction for the group's response to critical security escalations, ensuring appropriate access to information, adjusting timelines, and communicating assessed risks and potential mitigation strategies with executives to align on the optimal proposed path to resolution. Drives strategic forecasting of program demands and resource allocation, collaborating with key stakeholders to validate predictions and optimize resource allocation. Drives the continuous evolution of processes to enhance the reliability, resilience, and scalability of the products or services, leveraging cutting‑edge technologies and best practices. Develops strategic priorities and plans regarding maintenance activities and ad‑hoc maintenance. Technical Management and Execution - Technical Strategy and Execution Utilizes technical knowledge to identify and manage program dependencies and risks. Supports rapid response to escalations, coordinating within the group and communicating to group members to assess risk, determine mitigation strategies, and execute the optimal proposed path to resolution. Defines global strategies for various products, including transitions to Oracle Cloud infrastructure, positioning the organization for successful innovation. Establishes global delivery standards and guidelines, ensuring alignment with Oracle best practices. Engages and leads global initiatives through all phases of Implementation, Incident, Problem, and Organizational Change activities, including process automations. Program Oversight - Strategy and Decision‑Making Oversees guidance provided to team members, ensuring excellence in managing customer interactions, service teams, and stakeholders. Oversees and forecasts the scope, milestones, and objectives for each program, orchestrating the collaboration of teams to drive the successful delivery of programs within their span of control. Scopes and refines key performance indicators (KPIs) and develops measurement methods to monitor, evaluate, and optimize group performance against established goals (e.g., scope, timelines, deliverable quality). Drives a culture of effective collaboration and alignment of priorities, developing a communication strategy with partners and customers to achieve group goals. Program Oversight - Program and Operations Management Oversees strategies that streamline comprehensive program plans that outline the management process for technical, non‑technical, and cross‑organizational scope impacting products and business. Oversees the work of program staff (e.g., development, quality assurance, customer success), developing strategies that ensure successful identification and mitigation of barriers, including risks and issues in workflows. Shapes the long‑term strategy for comprehensive program documentation (e.g., status reports, program plans), driving alignment with group objectives and business priorities. Engages with senior leadership to communicate program expectations, progress, and challenges, ensuring program management best practices are embedded at all levels. Sets the strategy for program governance meetings, ensuring alignment across the organization and with senior leadership. Creates and champions strategies to lead and direct global teams in achieving operational or functional goals, ensuring alignment with customer service level agreements (SLAs), and productivity targets. Oversees forecasting program demands, funding, and resourcing, ensuring alignment with program goals. Sets the strategy for change management initiatives for programs, such as priority, scope, scheduling, or requirement changes. Program Oversight - Risk Management Oversees the development and execution of comprehensive risk mitigation strategies, driving alignment across multiple teams, departments, and senior leadership on these strategies. Provides oversight on the analysis of costs, benefits, and return on investment (ROI), ensuring optimized program outcomes and group success. Leverages extensive technical expertise and resource options to champion seamless solution delivery and widespread adoption. Shapes group adoption strategies, influencing technical resource investments and executive stakeholders to drive long‑term innovation and business transformation. Process Efficiency - Process Optimization Establishes the vision and strategic direction for program improvement across the group, embedding best practices into group-wide initiatives and ensuring long‑term operational excellence and scalability. Oversees the testing, implementation, and optimization of initiatives and solutions to achieve operational excellence and exceed business goals. Sets direction for optimizing methodologies, ensuring seamless program execution, cross‑functional collaboration, and the achievement of exceptional team and program outcomes. Process Efficiency - Continuous Improvement Drives innovation through continuous improvement methodologies, ensuring group‑wide operational efficiencies. Shapes strategic decision‑making by embedding data‑driven decision‑making into broader business processes. Provides strategic priorities for initiatives to drive the direction of efforts to advance solution availability, reliability, and security. Iterates processes based on feedback and KPIs, analyzing results through retrospectives. Reviews the definition of requirements and configurations of existing and new development tools, where applicable, in accordance with group goals and OKRs. Collaboration and Program Leadership - Cross Functional Collaboration Leads meetings with senior leader stakeholders to align priorities, drive collaboration, and achieve program objectives. Consults and advises department leaders to improve teamwork, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency across the group. Shares program updates and plans with senior leader stakeholders, communicating complex information and driving informed decision‑making processes. Enhances stakeholder engagement to inform and shape decision‑making, improving the execution of programs across the group. Collaboration and Program Leadership - Program Leadership Guides programs and initiatives to improve group efficiency, setting strategic direction for teams to shape these programs. Identifies areas for improvement, develops and executes comprehensive change management strategies, and ensures successful adoption of new processes or systems. Advises on the development and execution of strategic plans and initiatives, aligning them with group goals and objectives. Ensures that the program team and other stakeholders are aligned with the program goals and motivated, identifying and addressing conflicts and issues. Data and Analysis Oversees the execution of reporting and analytics initiatives, ensuring enhancements to group‑wide program execution. Aligns efforts across the group, driving consistency in solving highly complex problems impacting the success of the program(s), including adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Conducts analysis and reviews results of the analysis, which may include competitive analysis, trend analysis, and KPI analysis, to drive data‑informed decisions to support the program goals, presenting findings with immediate team's stakeholders. Stakeholder Engagement Fosters strategic relationships with internal Oracle teams worldwide, ensuring a collaborative approach to achieving organizational objectives and customer success within Oracle commitments. Champions commitment and partnership within customer organizations, influencing at high levels to align Oracle’s offerings with customer strategies. Promotes and empowers high‑level collaborations with customer counterpart leads for continuous review and strategic improvements. Ensures proactive engagement and solution‑driven approaches to drive strategic alignments with global customer needs. Develops and presents high‑level strategies to mitigate risks to customer satisfaction, including the assessment of mitigation efforts and their impact on the group’s broader objectives. Oversees the strategic alignment of varied priorities and existing Oracle commitments, ensuring optimal coverage and response to customer needs with minimal risk to programs. Core Responsibilities Planning & Execution Provides strategic oversight on the management and execution of large‑scale projects or initiatives, monitoring timelines, deliverables, and budgets when applicable to ensure success. Sets strategies for appropriately delegating work, setting priorities, and aligning projects with business needs. Drives the strategic planning process across teams, providing guidance on resources or timelines in anticipation of changes. Collaboration & Partnership Sets a strategic direction for collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment of expectations and strategic objectives. Drives a culture of teamwork, empowering teams to build and maintain partnerships with business leaders, stakeholders, and/or customers to contribute to organizational success. Promotes a culture of transparency and inclusivity where all voices are valued and respected. Problem Solving Develops and implements strategies for specialized, advanced problem‑solving efforts across the organization, serving as an escalation point for highly complex operational and/or technical issues. Oversees teams leveraging innovative techniques to address significant ambiguous issues, identify root causes, and prevent recurrence, reviewing solutions as needed. Continuous Learning Champions continuous learning to maintain cutting‑edge skills and influence organizational best practices. Inspires teams to build and maintain expertise in relevant areas by proactively monitoring emerging trends, technologies, and industry standards to help position the organization as an industry leader. Contributes to the organization’s strategy for learning and development, influencing leadership to foster learning opportunities for the team. Continuous Improvement Drives a culture of continuous improvement that sets a standard for efficient and effective processes, protocols, and workflows across the organization. Oversees work to implement large‑scale approaches and methods for continued improvement, ensuring changes align with organizational goals. Sets the strategic direction, prioritizes, and approves the roadmap of improvement initiatives to maximize return on investments. Performance and Development Drives and ensures consistent application of performance management strategies, systems, processes, and guidelines across the organization. Creates an organizational culture of career development that encourages proactively identifying and pursuing career development opportunities and guiding leaders to support their team's growth. Drives consistency in the application of talent development procedures and socializes performance expectations across the organization. Partners with HR and executive leadership to envision and execute a talent management strategy, balancing budget and talent resources. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $169,800 - $355,400 per year. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Oracle US offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes the following: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, including expert medical opinion Short term disability and long term disability Life insurance and AD&D Supplemental life insurance (Employee/Spouse/Child) Health care and dependent care Flexible Spending Accounts Pre‑tax commuter and parking benefits 401(k) Savings and Investment Plan with company match Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non‑overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 11 paid holidays Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
