You operate a forklift and are vigilant in regards to safety. You operate a van truck to transport components to and from off-site storage. You operate the processing and packaging equipment efficiently - always striving to find a better way of performing daily tasks and improving the team as a whole. You accurately maintain quality records, consistently conduct quality inspections and notify your coach if something doesn't look quite right. You conduct and document scheduled sanitation inspections routinely to provide a safe, high quality working environment ensuring that Barkman Honey customers are receiving the highest quality honey that they expect. You look for ways to improve and simplify the process to make things better/easier. You do your part to keep the Local Honey Pack Facility clean and neat by documenting cleaning tasks on the Master Cleaning Schedule. Requirements TOOLKIT/SKILLS REQUIRED: You have high attention to details. You are a team player and willing to do whatever it takes to complete the days packaging goal. You maintain physical fitness and safety to properly grab, lift and move product and equipment- you're willing to get your hands dirty. You have effective interpersonal communication skills, a positive attitude and work well in teams. You have problem-solving and analytical skills.
