• Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot heating and cooling issues to deliver effective, long-lasting

solutions. * Build trust with homeowners by clearly explaining findings and recommended services.

• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and a professional job site.
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and company events to

continue developing your skills. We’d Love To Hear From You If You Have

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Professional, dependable, and safety-focused.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.

Working Conditions

• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to regularly sit, stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in

confined spaces.

• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to regularly lift and move 50+ pounds.

The compensation range for this role is $30+ per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives, overtime, and benefits in accordance with company policy.
