Location: Montabella Elementary, Montabella Community Schools Anticipated Start Date: August 1, 2026 Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 depending on experience Desired Qualifications: Certified Elementary Teacher State of Michigan Administrator Certificate 5 years of successful teaching experience M.A. preferred with emphasis on educational administration

Job Description: Establishes guides for proper student conduct and maintaining student discipline. Establishes and maintains favorable relationships with local community groups and individuals to foster understanding and solicit support for overall school objectives and programs; to interpret board policies and administrative directives; and to discuss and resolve individual student problems. Examines and analyzes test and measurement data and interprets such data to staff, students and the public in order to inform and justify instructional decisions and pedagogical practice. Attends special events held to recognize student achievement, and attends school sponsored activities, functions, and athletic events. Diligently supervises the implementation and delivery of district approved curriculum in elementary school classrooms. Evaluates and counsels all staff members on a yearly basis regarding their individual performance. Maintain strict student and parent confidentiality.
