Position Description

We are seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a well-established outpatient practice in Long Island, NY. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary and preventive care in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outpatient consultations for adult patients across a wide range of medical conditions
• Diagnose and manage chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disorders, and respiratory conditions
• Provide preventive care, routine screenings, and wellness counseling
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress through follow-ups
• Coordinate care with subspecialists to ensure continuity and quality outcomes

Requirements

✅ Requirements

• MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Internal Medicine
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
• Active or eligible for New York State medical license
