Position Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care, including preventive, restorative, and diagnostic services for children and teens
• Perform examinations, treatment planning, and patient consultations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs
• Educate patients and families on proper oral hygiene and preventive dental care
• Create a comfortable, positive, and welcoming experience for every patient
• Deliver high-quality dental procedures while maintaining excellent clinical standards
• Collaborate with pediatric dentists, specialists, and support teams to provide comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation according to regulatory standards
• Stay current with advancements in dental techniques and technology through continuing education
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and community outreach initiatives

Position Requirements

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
• Valid state dental license or ability to obtain licensure in Mississippi
• General Dentists with 1–2 years of experience preferred; recent graduates encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to providing quality dental care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to connect with children, teens, and families
• Strong commitment to creating positive patient experiences
• Ability to manage a diverse patient population and adapt care based on individual patient needs
• Moderate Sedation Certification is a plus
