Corporate Paralegal (Contract | Part Time or Full Time)
About the Opportunity
CB Partners is partnering with a fast growing company with both domestic and international operations to identify a Corporate Paralegal for an exciting contract opportunity. This position offers flexibility for either part time or full time hours and will support a busy transactional legal team in a fast paced, high growth environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience reviewing, drafting, and redlining commercial agreements, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
This is an open ended contract engagement expected to last at least six months, with the potential for extension based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and redline a high volume of commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, and customer contracts
- Manage the full contract lifecycle from intake through execution and storage
- Partner with legal, sales, procurement, and business teams to negotiate contract terms and track revisions
- Support transactional matters, including due diligence and deal coordination
- Maintain and organize contract management systems, databases, and repositories
- Assist with corporate governance activities, entity management, and compliance tracking
- Coordinate with outside counsel on specialized legal matters as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate, transactional, or contract management paralegal experience
- Strong contract review, drafting, and redlining experience required
- Experience managing multiple contracts and deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms preferred
- Experience supporting M&A transactions or other complex corporate transactions is a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
