Breakfast Attendant

Job Purpose: The Breakfast Attendant sets the stage for the guests day, ensuring each morning starts with a welcoming, satisfying experience. From preparing fresh breakfast displays to maintaining a clean and inviting space, this role embodies Main Street Hospitalitys approach to thoughtful service and attention to detail. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare, set up, and replenish breakfast stations according to brand and presentation standards. Greet guests warmly and assist with any questions or special requests. Maintain cleanliness and appeal of breakfast area throughout service. Monitor food and beverage levels, ensuring fresh and appealing offerings. Manage opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning equipment. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve minor service issues. Maintain inventory and communicate supply needs to management. Support the kitchen team with light prep tasks as needed. Uphold Main Street Hospitalitys commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience. Perform any additional relevant tasks requested by management. Education & Experience: Previous experience in a hospitality role preferred. Knowledge of food safety standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Professional Characteristics: Friendly, welcoming, and service-driven. Attention to detail and cleanliness. Dependable, proactive, and self-motivated. Energetic team player with a positive, can-do attitude. Able to keep pace with high-volume service demands. Curious and eager to grow within the hospitality field. Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 30 lbs. Must be able to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks as required by daily operations. Comfortable working early morning shifts.
