Inventory Control Lead - WMS & Analytics

How you create impact Lead and coordinate daily inventory control activities, including cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations. Supervise, coach, and develop inventory team members to drive performance and accountability. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. Ensure accurate inventory transactions and data integrity within the warehouse management system (WMS). Partner cross-functionally with operations, shipping, and receiving teams to maintain inventory accuracy. Analyze inventory data and reports to identify trends, improve processes, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. What we would like you to bring 3+ years of warehouse inventory control experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to resolve inventory discrepancies. Effective communication and team leadership abilities. High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement. Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed; a degree in logistics or a related field preferred. The hourly wage for this position is $21.63, and base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
