Senior Business Analyst Model N Flex - REMOTE

Business Analyst

We are in search of a highly skilled Business Analyst with a deep understanding of the Model N Flex platform and a strong background in commercial managed-care and revenue management. In this role, you will be the crucial link between commercial business strategies and technical systems, ensuring seamless operations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• System Configuration: Serve as the primary functional expert for the Model N Flex platform, managing configuration, business rule setup, and system maintenance.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders in Market Access, Finance, and Legal to gather and document complex business requirements into functional specifications.
• Testing & Validation: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), author test scripts, and ensure system enhancements or patches do not disrupt commercial operations.
• Data Integrity & Analytics: Ensure seamless data integration with ERP and CRM systems, maintaining data accuracy and flow.
• Contract & Pricing Administration: Manage the lifecycle of commercial contracts, including pricing structures and eligibility within Model N.
• Managed Care & Rebate Processing: Oversee the execution of rebate programs, ensuring accurate claim calculation and adjudication.
• Commercial Insights: Partner with commercial teams to derive actionable insights from rebate and pricing data.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Model N Expertise: 35 years of hands-on experience with the Model N Flex platform.
• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of the pharmaceutical, medical device, or high-tech manufacturing life cycle, including Market Access and Commercial Rebates.
• Analytical Tools: Proficiency in SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Preferred Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies, familiarity with Model N Cognos reporting, and excellent communication skills.
