This role offers the unique opportunity to practice across multiple care settings, including: Outpatient office-based geriatrics Inpatient hospital consultative care Skilled nursing facility coverage Assisted living and long-term care settings You'll have the ability to build meaningful longitudinal relationships with patients and families while working within a fully integrated health system designed to support coordinated, high-quality geriatric care.
