Job Description
The Inside Sales Associate for storefront / commercial glazing plays a pivotal role within a dynamic sales team by managing client relationships, supporting sales initiatives, and utilizing CRM tools to drive revenue growth. This individual collaborates across departments and contributes as an individual contributor with occasional travel to meet clients, ensuring effective communication and product expertise.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with clients to generate and maintain business relationships
- Maintain thorough product knowledge to address client needs accurately
- Manage customer data and interactions using standard CRM tools
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends
- Prepare and submit sales reports to support strategy development
- Collaborate with sales team members and other departments to align efforts
- Contribute to sales strategy discussions and implementation
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in sales or related roles
- Proficiency with CRM software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective time management and organizational abilities
- Problem-solving aptitude
