Job Type Full-time Fast Facts About Mindray Founded in 1991, with 14,000 employees worldwide 8 global R&D centers, investing about 10% of annual revenue into innovation North American headquarters in Mahwah, NJ, with 40+ international subsidiaries Job Summary Provide product, clinical, and sales support to PMLS teams and Mindray customers for health systems, hospitals, ambulatory care centers, and distribution partners. As an Enterprise Selling Team (EST) member, assist with the development of customer‑specific solution‑based presentations of Mindray products, provide input to marketing regarding new products, identify target markets, and assess the needs of those markets. Essential Functions Partner with the EST/Sales Team to develop clinical application strategies by engaging customers, assessing workflows, and creating tailored solutions. Support customer calls, demonstrations, and presentations, including equipment setup and delivery of value‑based, audience‑specific content. Conduct on‑site assessments of workflows and inventory; collaborate with EST/Sales to develop hospital roadmaps, identify hospital‑wide solutions, and support quoting. Maintain active communication with Sales and customers throughout the pre‑sales process to ensure optimal clinical support. Lead and participate in follow‑up visits to strengthen customer partnerships across modalities and promote Mindray solutions from department to C‑suite. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Service, Product Management, etc.) to align customers with clinical resources. Develop and deliver clinical sales education; mentor new hires to support organizational growth strategies. Provide operational analytics for leadership, including quarterly business reviews of productivity. Participate in trade shows and regional meetings to maintain strong internal and external customer relationships. Maintain product and clinical sales competencies; leverage resources to expand expertise. Contribute to team revenue goals; compensation is based on sales effectiveness and quota achievement. Knowledge/Educational Requirements RN with a current license from an accredited nursing institution. BSN preferred. Advanced business or clinical degree preferred. 2–3 years of clinical sales experience. 4+ years of active nursing experience in a nursing specialty area directly using cardiac monitoring on acute patients. Knowledge of advanced cardiac care, hemodynamic, Swan Ganz and Cardiac Output monitoring. Knowledge of hospital buying processes in the capital equipment environment and life cycle planning associated with solution‑based development. Skills And Abilities Strong, clear, and concise verbal communication skills including active listening, engagement, confidence, and a customer‑focused approach to deliver strategic, value‑added clinical sales presentations. Strong social intelligence skills to collaborate and build trusting relationships within all levels of Mindray and healthcare organizations. Strong interpersonal skills to interface with many levels of marketing, sales, and engineering personnel at both divisional and corporate levels, as well as with all levels of hospital personnel including nurse managers, directors of nursing, staff nurses, and purchasing agents. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce. Technical and clinical understanding of patient monitoring applications throughout the healthcare organization. Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs, abrupt schedule changes, required time/resource constraints, and diverse customer requests while maintaining a high level of product presentations and positive customer interactions. Independent, initiative‑taking, self‑motivated member capable of achieving leadership‑directed goals autonomously. Physical Demands / Work Environment Must be able to stand and speak in front of a group for periods of 2–5 hours, several times a day, either in a hospital environment or at the corporate headquarters training center. Must be located within 40 miles of a major airport. Must be able to travel 80% with 3–4 overnights a week. Flexibility to last‑minute changes in schedules.
