Avantax,Inc.(Avantax),auniquecommunitywithinCeteraHoldings,isseekingaFinancialSupportAssociateIwhowillhandleallclientinquiriesandcorrespondence.Thisindividualwillalsoprepareallclientreviewmaterialsandreports.TheFinancialPlanningSupportAssociatewillassistinthepreparationofclientassetmanagement,brokerage,andinsuranceaccounts(researchorpreparingapplications),andalladministrativedutiesforassignedFinancialPlanningConsultants(FPCs).Thisindividualmustbeanindependent,flexible,professionalpersonwiththeabilitytomakedecisions.He/shemustalsobeaproactive,organizedindividualwithaneyefordetail. What you will do: ServeasaliaisonbetweeninternaldepartmentstoresolveoutstandingissuesforFinancialPlanningConsultants(FPCs),CertifiedPublicAccountants(CPAs),andclients. AssistFPCswithongoingCPA,client,andprospectcommunication(e.g.,thestatusofnewandexistingaccounts,birthdayreminders,cards,andletters). UpdateandmaintaintheClientRelationshipManagement(CRM)database(e.g.,dataentry,servicerequests,communicationrecords). Processclientrequestsregardingnewcontributionsanddistributionoffunds. CommunicateregularlywithclientsthroughphoneandemailtoprovideexpedientandaccurateinformationtoFPCsandCPAs.Theseinteractionsincludecoordinationofmeetings,maintenanceofaccountrecords,importantdocuments,newaccountsetup,transferofassets,onlineclientaccess,etc. AssistintrainingotherFinancialServiceAssistantsasneeded. Recommendareasforprocessandprocedureimprovementtoimproveofficeefficiency. Performotherdutiesasassigned. What you will have: Associatedegree(A.A.),two-yeartechnical,orbachelor’sdegreepreferred. 2-5yearsofrelatedFinancialServicesIndustryoradministrativeservices/trainingexperienceispreferred. ExperiencewithCRMapplicationssuchasSalesforceispreferred. ExperiencewithMicrosoftprogramsuite,includingWord,Excel,andPowerPoint.
