36 40 hours/week (local contract) or self-scheduled PRN shifts

Pay Rate

$58.00 $75.00 per hour

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce high-quality diagnostic MRI images per protocol, ARRT/ARMRIT and accreditation standards
• Perform patient safety pre-screening for contraindications; enforce MR zone/access restrictions
• Start and discontinue peripheral IVs using aseptic technique; administer MR contrast; identify and escalate adverse reactions per protocol
• Operate MRI scanners; select appropriate coils/imaging techniques
• Demonstrate proficiency in EMR, PACS, and DICOM systems
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality; collaborate with radiologists and the care team

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

• ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification
• Texas MRT license
• BLS/CPR certification (AHA or ARC)
• Minimum 1 3 years MRI experience
• Demonstrated contrast administration & venipuncture competency
