Senior Accountant

Responsibilities Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring timely GAAP compliance Assist in developing and managing annual budgets and forecasts, optimizing costs Conduct financial analyses to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement Oversee accounts payable and receivable operations, ensuring timely processing Maintain general ledger, perform reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies Prepare accurate tax returns, ensuring compliance with regulations and staying updated on tax laws Coordinate with external auditors for financial audits, prepare schedules, and manage inquiries Manage financial systems and accounting software for data accuracy Develop and enforce financial policies and procedures for compliance and internal controls Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting Minimum 2 years in a senior accounting role Strong grasp of GAAP and tax regulations Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Working Conditions: Hybrid The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
