Registered Nurse - Full-time

Role Overview: Provides safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards, demonstrating leadership and support within a patient-centered care framework. Upholds Service Excellence standards consistently. Key Responsibilities Assess psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs of patients and families. Develop and implement individualized care plans integrating direct and indirect care activities. Coordinate interdisciplinary care, including setting goals, treatment, and discharge planning tailored to patient and family needs. Conduct purposeful hourly rounds to enhance communication, safety, and anticipate patient needs. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited RN program with a current Nevada nursing license. Current BLS certification; NRP within 6 months of hire. Preferably, one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting. STABLE certification or obtained within six months of employment. Ability to pass required pre-employment assessments.
