Compensation: $14 - $16 hourly Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and services Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and in accordance with hotel policies Maintain a clean and organized lobby area to enhance the overall guest experience Qualifications: Excellent verbal communication skills Computer skills Problem-solving skills Active listening skills Personal accountability skills About Company We offer an appealing atmosphere and welcome a wide variety of guests from many different backgrounds.
