Senior Oracle EPM Finance Developer (Hybrid)

DescriptionKforce has a client in need of a Senior Oracle EPM Finance Developer. This role is hybrid onsite in Chicago, IL or Sioux City, Iowa.Responsibilities:* Design, develop, and support enterprise applications that improve business operations and processes* Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions* Lead and contribute to projects throughout the full software development lifecycle* Troubleshoot application, system, and integration issues while ensuring system reliability and performance* Create and maintain technical documentation, testing materials, and support resources* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technology partners* Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing across the team* Support continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of new technologiesRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience* 5+ years of software development or application engineering experience* Strong experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, SQL, and Oracle PL/SQL* Proven experience delivering projects from requirements through implementation and support* Experience with application integrations, APIs, and enterprise systems* Experience mentoring team members and working independently on complex initiatives* Knowledge of Java, scripting languages, or related development technologies is a plus* Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills* Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentJob TypeDirect HireCompensation120000 - $135000
