A nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours. Local Team Collaboration: Join our close-knit, well-established team of 6 physicians at Dignity St. John's Hospital Camarillo. Within the hospital, we work closely with our colleagues in other departments to ensure a smooth transition of care. Qualifications: Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine. Authorized to work in the United States. Scheduling: Daytime hospitalist - 7 AM - 7 PM. Nocturnist - 7 PM - 7 AM. Rotate through your fair share of days and nights. Key Responsibilities: You will manage an open ICU, but no procedures are required for this role. Responsibilities include rounding, admissions, discharges, and cross coverage depending on the shift. Rewards and Compensation: Annual full-time compensation is $300k- $342k, depending on the schedule worked. Full-time, average of 15 shifts per month with opportunities to moonlight.
